• Traveling to assigned facilities or patient locations
• Completing blood draws efficiently and accurately
• Managing supplies and maintaining organization
• Communicating with our team regarding completed draws
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations

To maintain high standards of care, all contractors must meet the following:

• Active phlebotomy certification (required)
• AMT or NHA
• Proven venipuncture experience 
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently

As a 1099 contractor, you are required to carry your own insurance:

• Professional Liability Insurance (Malpractice)
• General Liability Insurance
• Occupational Accident Coverage (Recommended)

Proof of active insurance coverage must be provided prior to contracting
